Your Newborn Session
Your newborn session is planned and thought out right down to the last little prop. You will receive the benefits of my cumulative experience, tons of time and many dollars spent on education, equipment and props to make your session one of a kind. I also love to create my own props whenever possible.

In order to offer a custom theme to anyone, I have and supply all the props; headbands, hats, blankets, colors, buckets or boxes and everything else you can imagine. All prop items are properly sanitized and/or washed after each use.

The room will be very warm (about 85 degrees) and somewhat dark so that baby will be comfortable.

Safety and comfort of your precious baby is my utmost concern. Not all babies will do every pose or be comfortable in every prop. If that is the case, we improvise! So keep in mind, if you request a particular pose you saw somewhere, babies are not always a fan.
For the same safety concerns, I require young siblings be removed from the studio area after their part; with no exceptions. I request another adult take them home after their part is over. It is hard to be still and quiet when you are little!
Babies are unpredictable. I will give you parent prep tips and do everything I can to ensure a sleepy babe, but sometimes they have other ideas! If your baby is wide awake and fussy or unsettled, it is better to reschedule a few days later. Sometimes all attempts to soothe are not successful and that is ok.

Come ready to relax! You will be able to watch me work with babe, or take a nap, or watch some TV, whatever you are comfortable doing. My studio is in my home, so I invite you to be comfortable while you are here!
